1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping is available throughout the United States
  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment
  • All domestic orders include tracking and signature confirmation for high-value items

3. International Shipping

Archive N°1 proudly ships worldwide.

  • Delivery times typically range from 5–12 business days, depending on destination
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package value
  • International orders may be subject to:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • Fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

4. Shipping Insurance & Risk

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order.

  • Orders may include insurance coverage based on item value
  • Once an order has been shipped, Archive N°1 is not responsible for:
    • Carrier delays
    • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

Archive N°1 is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

6. Signature Requirement

To protect your purchase, signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders upon delivery.

7. Packaging

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery while maintaining the elevated Archive N°1 experience.

8. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing (international orders)

These delays are outside of our control. 

Archive N°1 is not responsible for items held, delayed, or confiscated by customs.
