Subtle color restoration to improve appearance (based on color availability and condition)
Deodorizing
Neutralizing unwanted odors to restore a clean, fresh finish
All treatments are performed with a focus on maintaining the original craftsmanship of the piece.
How It Works
1. Submit an Inquiry
Complete the contact form on our website to begin. Let us know that you're interested in a Bag Spa quote, and provide any details relevant to the item.
2. Quote Process (1–2 Business Days)
We’ll follow up via email with a request for:
Item details
Condition notes
Photos (interior, exterior, corners, problem areas)
3. Receive Your Quote
You’ll receive a personalized service recommendation and pricing.
4. Send or Drop Off Your Item
Ship your item to us (shipping to us is the client’s responsibility), or
Arrange local drop-off/pickup if you’re in the Kansas City area
5. Restoration Begins
Once your quote is approved and your item is received, we begin the process.
Turnaround Time
10 business days from the time we receive your item
After completion:
Your item is carefully packaged and returned to you
Return shipping is included at no cost
Important Notes
Services are based on the condition of each item—results may vary
Some wear, staining, or damage may not be fully reversible
Color touch-ups are limited to what can be matched appropriately
We do not alter the original structure or design of the item
Our goal is always restoration—not reconstruction. We may not be able to accept every item depending on the condition.
