At Archive N°1, we offer a highly curated consignment experience for select pre-loved luxury pieces.
This is not traditional consignment.
We partner with clients who value quality, presentation, and pricing strategy—ensuring every piece aligns with the Archive N°1 standard.
What We Accept
We are highly selective in what we take on consignment.
We currently accept:
Designer handbags (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, YSL, Hermès, etc.)
Small designer leather goods (wallets, belts)
Select designer footwear and accessories
Items must be:
100% authentic
In excellent to very good condition
Clean and well-maintained
Free of major damage, odors, or excessive wear
We reserve the right to decline any item that does not meet our standards.
How It Works
1. Submit Your Item
Send photos and details through our consignment form. We will contact you within 1-2 business days.
2. Review & Approval
We evaluate brand, condition, and resale potential.
3. Authentication Process
All items are subject to authentication review.
If needed, third-party authentication services may be used.
4. Pricing Strategy
We determine a competitive listing price based on current market demand.
5. Listing & Promotion
Your item is professionally presented across our website and select platforms.
6. You Get Paid
Once your item sells, you receive your payout.
Authenticity Policy
All items must be authentic.
Archive N°1 reserves the right to:
Request proof of purchase or original receipts
Use third-party authentication services
If an item does not pass authentication:
It will be returned to the consignor at their expense, or
Local Kansas City clients may arrange pickup/drop-off
Archive N°1 does not assume responsibility for inauthentic items.
Commission Structure
Items under $1,000 → 60% consignor / 40% Archive N°1
$1,000–$3,000 → 65% consignor / 35% Archive N°1
$3,000+ → 70% consignor / 30% Archive N°1
Custom rates may be offered for rare or high-value pieces.
Consignment Term & Pricing Strategy
All items are listed for a 90-day consignment period.
To maintain competitive positioning and optimize sell-through:
Day 0–30: Listed at initial price
Day 31: Price may be reduced by up to 10%
Day 61: Additional 10% reduction may be applied
Pricing adjustments are made based on market demand and item performance.
End of Consignment Period
If an item remains unsold after 90 days:
The item will be returned to the consignor, or
The consignor may choose to extend the listing at a revised price
Return shipping is the responsibility of the consignor unless otherwise agreed.
Payouts
Payments are issued within 5–10 business days after confirmed delivery to the buyer
Payment methods: Zelle, ACH, or store credit
Returns & Buyer Protection
To maintain buyer trust:
7-day return window (U.S.)
14-day return window (international)
If an item is returned:
It will be relisted under the original agreement
Shipping to Archive N°1
Consignors are responsible for shipping items to Archive N°1 unless otherwise agreed
We strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping
Archive N°1 is not responsible for items lost or damaged during inbound shipping.
Condition Requirements
Items must be sent in the condition disclosed and approved.
Items received with:
Undisclosed damage
Excessive wear
Condition discrepancies
may be rejected and returned at the consignor’s expense.
Early Withdrawal
If you request your item back before the end of the 90-day term:
A $25–$75 early withdrawal fee may apply
Return shipping is the responsibility of the consignor
